After your passing, your designated Executor or Trusted Third Party can securely access your Digital Vault to retrieve your files. To ensure the highest level of security, we use Shamir’s Secret Sharing to split your decryption key into multiple shares. These shares are held by you, Digital Will UK, and your designated Trusted Third Party. This means that no single party can access your data without the consent of the others, providing a robust and secure system for managing your digital legacy.
Client subscribes to our services. For just £5 per month, and recieves a welcome email with a Digital Vault Number. The client informs the solicitor / will writer to add a new clause in the Letter of Wishes of your Will including the Digital Vault number + our contact details.
Client sets out instructions for the executor within Digital Will in regards to beneficiaries.
Client Uploads digital assets exclusively + securely for each beneficiary througout thier lifetime.
Digital Will UK gives access to your Digital Vault to the Executor ( after Death Certificate + credentials have been verified) The Executor can only view your Instructions.
The Executor then shares access codes to each beneficiary as per instructions.
